Bonus Options Offer Results

Race Oncology Limited announced the successful exercise of 6,713,931 Bonus Options at $0.75 per Option, generating over $5.0 million in additional capital to support the company's clinical and preclinical programs. Shareholders were also rewarded with three new Piggyback Options for every Bonus Option exercised. Each Piggyback Option entitles the holder to subscribe for one share at $1.25 per option on or before 5pm AEST May 29, 2026.

CEO Dr. Daniel Tillett expressed gratitude to loyal shareholders and highlighted plans to utilise the funds for clinical programs, including a Phase 1 clinical safety study, Phase 2 cardioprotection and anticancer efficacy trial, and an investigator initiated acute myeloid leukaemia trial.
